About Ronald
Ronald has over 20 years of experience in Organisational Development, Learning Development, Talent Development, and Leadership Development in the public, private and social service sectors.
He has a huge passion for helping others develop their individual potential. As such, he stepped into coaching and mentoring and has since acquired extensive experience in training professional coaches under the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is the coach to the coaches and holds the highest proficiency in coaching: Master Certified Coach. He has personally trained hundreds of coaches.
As a Professional Certified Coach, Ronald has coached individuals from all walks of life, ranging from corporate executives to job-seekers. Being a passionate public speaker with a charismatic personality, he has also conducted and spoke at countless workshops, seminars and conferences about coaching, career development and organisational change.
