Leadership Training Programmes
Leadership Training Programmes In Singapore
A programme is a structured development pathway built around a leadership level - from high-potentials stepping up, to first-time managers, to senior leaders. Each one runs as an in-house cohort over several months, combining workshops, coaching, and applied practice on your own business challenges.
Trusted By Leading Organisations Across Singapore And The Region
Deep Impact has run in-house leadership programmes for organisations across Singapore and the region since 2007.
Our Leadership Training Programmes
Programmes are organised by leadership level, because the gap a first-time manager needs to close is not the gap a senior leader needs to close. Every programme is scoped to your organisation rather than run as a public course.

Enquire About This ProgrammeProgramme Or Individual Course?
Most organisations start with one and add the other. The difference is scope, not quality.
A Programme
- Built around a leadership level, not a single topic
- Runs as a cohort over several months
- Combines multiple modules, coaching, and applied practice
- Measured against a capability outcome you define upfront
- Best when you are developing a group through a transition
You are on this page
An Individual Course
- Built around a single skill or topic
- Typically a half-day to two-day workshop
- Can be delivered standalone or slotted into a programme
- Best when you have one specific capability gap to close
- Easier to pilot before committing to a full cohort

Leadership Training Programmes - Common Questions
What is the difference between a leadership training programme and a course?
A course is a single workshop on one topic, usually a half-day to two days. A programme is a structured pathway for a leadership level - several modules, coaching, and applied practice sequenced over months, with a capability outcome agreed upfront. If you have one specific gap, take a course. If you are moving a group through a transition, run a programme.
Which programme is right for our managers?
It depends on where they are. High-potentials not yet leading go into Emerging Leaders. People who have just inherited a team go into the First-Time Manager Programme. Managers already running teams who need to lift performance go into Management Training. Senior leaders and succession pools go into the Leadership Development Programme. We confirm the fit in a discovery call before scoping anything.
Are these public courses or in-house programmes?
In-house. Every programme is run for a single organisation and built around your structure, your challenges, and your language. We do not run open-enrolment public seats, so the cohort is always your own people working on your own cases.
How long does a programme run?
Most run across three to six months. That spacing is deliberate - it leaves application gaps between modules so participants practise on live work rather than forgetting the content by the following week. Shorter and longer designs are possible depending on your calendar.
What is the minimum cohort size?
Programmes work best with a cohort of 12 to 20, which gives enough peer diversity for case discussion without diluting individual airtime. Smaller groups are possible and are usually run with a higher coaching component.
Can we combine individual courses into our own programme?
Yes, and many clients do. Pick the modules that match your gaps and we will sequence them into a pathway with the right spacing and reinforcement. Start from the courses page if you want to browse the individual modules first.
How do you measure whether a programme worked?
We agree the observable behaviours before the programme starts - what managers should be doing differently, and where that would show up. Measurement then combines participant self-assessment, manager observation, and whatever internal data you already track, such as engagement or retention in the affected teams.
