Management Training
Management Training In Singapore
People management training for managers who already run teams - planning, delegation, performance conversations, accountability, and keeping hybrid teams productive. Delivered in-house for your organisation, built around how your teams actually work.
Trusted By Leading Organisations Across Singapore And The Region
Deep Impact has trained managers in-house for organisations across Singapore and the region since 2007.
What The Training Covers
Modules are selected with you and sequenced around the gaps your managers actually have. Nothing here is delivered from a standard deck.
Planning And Prioritisation
Turning a team objective into a workload people can actually carry - sequencing, capacity, and saying no to the right things.
Delegation That Sticks
Handing over work without either abandoning it or taking it back - matching the level of instruction to the person and the risk.
Performance Conversations
Running the appraisal, the correction, and the reset - including the ones managers have been avoiding for months.
Accountability Without Micromanaging
Setting expectations that hold up under pressure, and following through when they slip, without becoming the bottleneck.
Managing Hybrid And Distributed Teams
Keeping visibility, momentum, and fairness when half the team is remote and the working day is not shared.
Day-To-Day People Decisions
The judgement calls that fill a manager's week - workload disputes, capability gaps, competing requests, and escalation.
Management Training Or Leadership Training?
Organisations use the two words interchangeably, but they solve different problems. Most teams need both eventually - the question is which one is failing right now.

Management Training - Common Questions
What is the difference between management training and leadership training?
Management training fixes execution - planning, delegation, performance conversations, accountability. Leadership training fixes influence - coaching, buy-in, communicating change, presence with senior stakeholders. If deadlines are slipping and problems go unaddressed, start with management training. If the work gets done but people are not bought in, start with leadership training.
Who is this people management training for?
Managers who already run a team and need to lift how it performs. It is not aimed at people about to become managers for the first time - that transition is covered by our First-Time Manager Programme - and it is not an executive programme for senior leaders.
Is this a public course we can send individuals to?
No. We deliver in-house for a single organisation, customised to your structure and your live challenges. If you need per-seat public training, a SkillsFuture or WSQ provider will suit you better than we will.
How long does management training take?
Individual modules run one to two days. Most organisations combine three or four modules across a few months so managers can apply each one on live work before the next. Half-day and split virtual formats are available where calendars are tight.
How is the content customised to our organisation?
Every engagement starts with a discovery call covering your structure, the capability gaps you are seeing, and your priorities. Cases, examples, and exercises are then rebuilt around your context, so managers practise on situations they recognise rather than generic scenarios.
Can this be delivered to hybrid or regional teams?
Yes. We have delivered across more than 40 countries. The virtual format keeps the same applied methodology, redesigned for camera-based interaction, breakout practice, and asynchronous reinforcement between sessions.
How do you measure whether management training worked?
We agree the observable behaviours before delivery - what managers should be doing differently and where it would show up. Measurement then combines participant self-assessment, observation by their own managers, and whatever internal data you already track for the affected teams.
