About Janelle

Janelle has 10 years of overall human resource experience in large multinational companies and has worked on policies that affect thousands of employees. She also spearheaded discussions and committees that helped to improve employee engagement and satisfaction at work. She has also redesigned onboarding experiences for new hires and collaborated with cross-department stakeholders to implement an internal benefits portal whilst working in the MNCs.

Janelle uses her extensive experience in the current consulting projects with clients. She has helped organisations find new ways to work and created solution-focused practices for them. Projects range from improving engagement scores to improving business processes and identifying growth opportunities.

She has worked with clients like Singapore’s Civil Service College, Nespresso, Boehringer Ingelheim, Merck, NCS and many more.

Clients who have worked with her like her ability to facilitate a process that engages leaders and teams to deliver on their business objectives.

She has travelled to 9 countries for consulting and training projects and is the Practicing Lead for the Coaching For Leaders Program in Deep Impact. She teaches the art of listening and helps leaders to develop solution-focused conversations.
