About Steven
Steven has over 30 years of experience in military engineering project management, leadership, and management of a Singapore telco operator. He advises CEOs on strategic planning and coaches senior management executives to engage their teams and raise future leaders from within.
In the last decade of his corporate career, Steven made significant contributions to the mobile and media industry in Singapore and across the Asia Pacific. He was involved in strategic planning, business development, product development, innovation management, and regional inter-operator relationship building.
As Executive Director of AMI Alliance, Steven worked with CEOs to execute cross-border services between seven Asian-Pacific mobile operators (Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand).
It is also notable that he expanded the education-franchise company Informatics Holdings Ltd’s presence from 7 to 22 countries. As a senior officer with a Singapore Armed Forces scholarship, Steven spent 15 years focusing on defence communications.
He now works exclusively as an Executive Coach with the C-Suites.
