Change Management Training
Change Management Training In Singapore
A change management course built for the people who have to carry the change - the managers announcing it, absorbing the resistance, and keeping delivery going while the ground moves. Run in-house for your organisation, on your actual change, not a case study.
Trusted By Leading Organisations Across Singapore And The Region
Deep Impact has run change and leadership training in-house for organisations across Singapore and the region since 2007.
What The Course Covers
Six blocks, typically delivered across one to two days or split into shorter sessions. The sequence is fixed; the depth and the cases are set with you beforehand.
01
Why Change Efforts Stall
The predictable failure points - announcing too late, mistaking compliance for commitment, and running a change on a project plan with no people plan.
02
Reading Resistance Accurately
Separating genuine objection from fear, fatigue, and loss of status. Each one needs a different response, and treating them the same is what hardens resistance.
03
Communicating The Change
Building the message managers can actually deliver - what is changing, what is not, what is still undecided, and what it means for the person in front of them.
04
Bringing The Team Through
Running the conversations that convert an announcement into adoption, including with the people who were not consulted and did not want it.
05
Sustaining It Past The Launch
Holding the new way of working when attention moves on - reinforcement, visible follow-through, and catching the quiet drift back.
06
Applying It To Your Live Change
The final block works on the change your organisation is actually running, so participants leave with a plan rather than a framework.
How This Is Delivered - And When It Is Not The Right Fit
Most change management courses in Singapore are sold by the seat. Ours is not, and that suits some organisations and not others.
Choose Us If
- You have a specific change already underway or about to launch
- You want a whole team or management layer trained together, not individuals
- You want the material rebuilt around your restructure, merger, or system rollout
- You need managers to leave with a plan for your change, not a generic model
- You want delivery on your site, on your schedule
Look Elsewhere If
- You need to send one or two people on a public course
- Your priority is a certification or an accredited credential
- You need the course to be subsidy or funding eligible
- You want a fixed public schedule with open enrolment dates
In those cases a public provider will serve you better than we will, and we will say so on the call rather than sell you something that does not fit.

Change Management Training - Common Questions
Is this a public change management course or in-house training?
In-house. We run it for one organisation at a time and rebuild the cases around the change you are actually going through. We do not sell individual public seats, so if you need to send one or two people on an open-enrolment course, a public provider will suit you better.
How long is the change management course?
One to two days in the full-immersion format. It can also be split into shorter sessions across two to four weeks where management calendars are tight, or delivered virtually for teams spread across the region.
Who should attend?
The people who have to carry the change - managers and team leads who announce it, field the resistance, and keep delivery going. Project and HR leads running the change programme often attend alongside them, which tends to improve how well the two groups work together afterwards.
Do you use a specific change model?
We teach a working sequence rather than drilling a branded framework. If your organisation already uses a model, we work inside it rather than replacing it, so managers are not learning a second vocabulary they will drop the week after.
Can the training be built around a change we are already running?
Yes, and that is how it works best. The final block applies the material to your live change, so participants leave with a plan for the restructure, merger, or system rollout in front of them rather than a generic exercise.
What is the difference between this and change leadership training?
In practice they overlap heavily and most organisations mean the same thing by both. This page is the training for managers who have to deliver a change to their teams. If what you actually need is a neutral outsider to run the sessions rather than train your people, that is facilitation - a different engagement.
How do you measure whether it worked?
We agree beforehand what should be observably different - how quickly managers surface resistance, whether the change message is consistent across teams, whether adoption holds past the launch. Measurement combines participant self-assessment with whatever adoption data your change programme already tracks.
